On Saturday, November 15th, Train Set 02 made its way to the Wadi Hana Depot, a crucial milestone in the project's timeline. This journey, spanning 541 kilometers, began at the CRRC Rolling Stock Centre in Batu Gajah, Perak, and ended at the depot, with the train carefully loaded onto four low-loader trailer trucks.

And this is the part that signals a major shift: "The arrival of this train signifies the project's progression into the pre-operational phase," Dr. Ahmad Marzuki revealed. This phase involves extensive system testing and integration to guarantee the train's seamless performance and adherence to safety regulations.
RTSO's collaboration with CRRC and MRT Corp is noteworthy, as they jointly ensured a smooth journey and a well-prepared depot site. Safety at the depot has been a top concern, especially when handling the massive cranes required to place each 32-tonne coach onto the tracks.
The RTS Link service will initially utilize four train sets, each consisting of four coaches, with the remaining four sets arriving by December 2025. This ambitious project, spanning four kilometers and connecting Bukit Chagar in Johor Bahru with Woodlands North in Singapore, is set to be completed by December 2026.
